Southwest Virginia Science Forum


The Southwest Virginia Science Forum is an event for scientists and engineers in the region’s growing biological and medical field to learn more about each other and about the companies and universities in the area. Scientists, faculty and students from the region will present posters about their work in fundamental and applied sciences, and will be available for discussions. Complimentary appetizers and beverages will be served. If you'd like to notified when one of our Peer Groups has a meeting, click on the  icon at the right of this page to join the NCTC e-newsletter or update your areas of interest.

Advance registration is $10 for members of the NCTC. Enter "Partner-SWVA" as the "Discount Code" during the registration process to receive the NCTC member rate.  Student registration is free.
