Increase Profits by Reducing the Time It
Takes to Get Employees Up-to-Speed

Wednesday, March 4th (1-5pm) at
The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center
(Directions)

In today’s competitive economy, hiring the best and brightest is a strategic differentiator for the best companies. However, organizational benefits are not completely achieved until those employees reach full potential. Until then, your efficiency and profitability are marginalized. The challenge is: How do you ensure those individuals are fully productive as fast as possible?

Learning Paths: Increase profits by reducing the time it takes to get employees up-to-speed This half day workshop presents the Learning Paths Methodology as a way to look at these issues from a fresh perspective. A key to this practice is linking human development strategies to the long term business planning process. The Learning Paths Methodology is a proven process for dramatically reducing time to proficiency and increasing proficiency levels. It is based on the book Learning Paths: Increase profits by reducing the time it takes to get employees up-to-speed (Pfeiffer and ASTD Press 2004) and ten years of experience delivering bottom line improvements for more than 400 employment functions around the world.
