After a brief overview of the role of social media in sales, marketing and public relations, the panel will present a case study featuring a cooperative effort by NCTC member companies to use social media to further communicate a member company's corporate brand.  The presentation is planned for 20 minutes, leaving plenty of time for Q & A.
